" I knew my request for a Roman Blind for the shape of window I have was going to be tricky & I also had my own fabric so I wasn’t a straightforward customer! Michelle was the ultimate professional! We discussed my needs at length & nothing was too much trouble ( even though Covid safety meant contact had to be kept to a minimum) - we even used photos! We live in a converted church & the window is not only tall, arched & difficult to measure, but is also on a staircase! Michelle has done a fantastic job & I am delighted with my new blind!
